I really ought to post before and after pictures (had I taken any). A Paulson chip can be DISSOLVED in a beaker of acetone! Putting any acetone on a Paulson chip will immediately and permanently damage it, turning its surface to sticky goo! I learned this the hard way...

For the benefit of chip lovers everywhere, never put your clay poker chips anywhere near acetone!
