I never thought about carrying them on the plane. You could easily get them into a rolling carry on suit case - Assuming the carry on rules are the same in Canda as the US you can each take two bags on the plane with you. Just fill one up with chips and put it under the seat so you don't need to lift it - other than putting it through security. I guess I would double check the security rules for brining that much clay/palstic on the plane - hopefully they don't think it is explosive matter
