Most places dont care if you take their chips... like i said in your other thread on the same topic
tips go a long way at the cage.
as per walking out with racks.. the only time I ever even got questioned was at the bellagio & i just told them I was heading up to my room and would be back in a bit... then I b-lined for the exit..
