Starting chips for the Mega sats in Jan was T2500 . The 5K main was 10,000 in starting chips. Couldn't get there before Mega Sat day so I don't know if they double stacked the preliminary events.

Single-table sats get wilder year to year, but if that fits your style it could be a good thing.
