Grrrrr... you beat me to it! I was just about to recommend this exact breakdown.
In addition, instead of the "trickle-down" approach to colouring up, you could have the big stack buy up everyone's T5 chips, then exchange them for T100s (directly), and you just need to race off the odd T5s. Since you were looking at 225 chips, you can probably do this with just 5 x T25 in most cases (or exchange 1 or 2 x T100 for T25s to do a mini-trickle-down if you must).
