Well, it looks like the majority of the book is about pot size relative to the remaining stacks, and how small this ratio has to be before you are committed. Then, you use this to plan out your entire hand.
Basically, they are expanding on the NLHETAP concept of "big pots are for big hands" by saying "don't build a big pot unless you are willing to go all in" and "make the all-in decision before you build a big pot". Kind of reminds me of Minority Report. In any event, I can just see players reading this stuff, getting dealt JJ and QQ preflop, and planning the hand to get all in as long as an A or K doesn't flop. This is good sometimes, of course, but not always. I think the average player will eff this up a lot... there will be a lot of people going broke with one pair (even more than usual). Not that I'm complaining, since after all I am an expert player and will of course expertly apply these concepts at all time and stack everyone on earth.
