Not that it's any encouragement, but I've seen BCC inlays on actual casino chips that were just as bad. As an example (indicative of BCC quality problems, not problems with the fantastic site from whom I nicked the link):

This seems particularly prevalent in the 'giant' inlays, like yours. I have always had a low opinion of BCC quality because of this. My opinion has slowly been changing since coming to this board, as it seemed as if they had improved a bunch and overcome the quality control issues. It's disappointing that they apparently still suffer from this.
Regardless, if they were my chips I wouldn't accept them. In general, quality is only as good as customers demand. If we demand less, we will have to accept less.
