6 to 8 Person SNG - A few questions

Hi guys.
I am looking at playing a 6-8 man poker tournament weekly at my house.
As i live in australia i am looking at buying the chips from the USA but not sure how many i will need.

Now how it will be played is a SNG Buying at what ever amount we set.

Blinds starting : 25/50 and double up from there.

So i will need chips: Green (25) Black (100) Purple (500) maybe some Yellow (5000).

I am wondering how many chips would i need to buy to play with only those chip colors comfortably remembering we will color up later in the blinds.

And how many chips should i give per person.
