Agree. Especially if the player doesn't follow through. At a minimum it is angle shooting. Between the right two players it could be collusion. Most games use Robert's Rules. I would tell my players to read it. I hate crap like this so I would not even give a warning. Penalty on the first offense. If they b!tch, tell them they should have read the rules. Second offense, even if in a game a week or two later, kick them the hell out. Did I mention I hate crap like this?

I see stuff like this more often as I deal. The player turnover rate has been going up lately. It is not my game so I can't eject players. So far a warning has been enough.
