I was wondering if I should have raised the turn but didn't want to scare him off. In an earlier hand I flopped a set with pocket 3's. He bet out and I min raised - he folded. I definitely didn't want that to happen on this hand.

I agree about the flop - one high card comes out with those 3's and this hand probably gets a lot better
