I've played in many games with Bounty chips, any many games with. IMO the best reason for considering them is if you have players who want to play for more money than other players.

Say that half your crowd really only feels comfortable buyin in for $20, with maybe one reload. They may be players who would like to buy in for 20 +a 20bounty chip. It's a good way IMO for the players who want to gamble more, well gamble more I guess.
