In the truest sense, bounties won't work in a cash game.

That being said, you could buy buttons called stackers or something. Every time someone doubles you up (all-in an win) or you stack someone (all-in and lose), the loser has to give you his button. Maybe have everyone chip in $3 at the beginning of the night and give out 3 buttons to each person. As long as you have a button left, you can win a button from someone else. If you lose all your buttons, then you can't win anymore. Cash them all-in at the end of the night.

PS: I've never done this, probably wouldn't ever do it but go for it if it sounds like fun. Nothing like shuffling a bunch of "bounty" chips while someone is deciding to call your all-in.
