You should play at Full Tilt. Absolute is nearly impossible to beat at those levels due to their Bad Beat Jackpot which makes the rake insane.
Full tilt has tons of games, reasonable rake, and 28% contributed rakeback (which is the best of all of the large sites).
If you aren't interested in rakeback pokerstars might have slightly better game selection, but it isn't by much.
