no, they don't, unless you want to buy five of the 4-chip sets. i have certificates that are for 20-chip lots consisting of five of the 4-chip sets, but none for single 4-chip sets (confused?). i also have some 5-chip sets of both the kgb's and the chesterfield chips complete with certificates of authenticity, but i'll probably never sell them...
