I would do 300-600-75 ante, 500-1000-100 ante, and 1000-2000-300 ante, but yours are okay I guess. The problems are that when antes double that puts a tremendous amount of pressure. Remember that the main point of the antes is so someone cannot hang around forever. There is constant pressure to do something, not just from the blinds.
