fold. this is classic small limit "i have a monster and i'm a donkey" line.

he flops two pair and makes a tiny c/r, hoping to get the money in there.
he checks to you on the turn, hoping you'll bet and he can c/r you again.
huge overshove on the river when he fills up.

save your money. i strongly suspect you folded here. if so, very well played, sir.
