Alright so the time came to order my custom ceramic chips so I sent out 2 orders for some mock ups as well as any other sample packs these 2 companies could provide. I received mock ups from ABC minus the edges within 7 days. I waited another 7 days for the PI's to show up, nothing so I inquired and was told that there was a screw up and they didn't have my shipping address so I sent it again. Waited another 7 days and still no PI chips so I placed my order with Gene at ABC. Not only did I receive superior communication from Gene but he actually did up 1000 custom ceramics for me and had them delivered to me within 6 days. I'm not exagerating here, I placed my order, chips were completed and shipped from California to Canada received at my door this afternoon from Gene at ABC within 6 days. Minutes after the Fed Ex guy left I finally received my original sample pack from PI that I ordered like 3 weeks ago. Needless to say these samples were no where near as good a quality as the ABC custom chips, graphics weren't as clear, they just looked poor in comparison which is odd because I was told from a lot of people on here that PI is the best but reality shows that they weren't even close. I still haven't received the actual mockups from PI, just a sample set of other custom chips, not that it matters now.

Needless to say Gene at ABC went above and beyond and recieves a full 2 thumbs up and all my future business. As everyone likes to hear which supplier is best and why, there's my 2 cents. Not trying to beat down PI but when it comes to customer service and delivery they have some challenges, maybe because they are a bigger company or something who knows but that to me means they should have their processes nailed down even further but Gene at ABC really has his stuff together. Great work Gene at ABC, your the man.
