Well, it
is personal. There were a bunch of us that wanted to get replicas made and we were told (not that long ago mind you) that "significant changes" needed to be made to the inlay in order to use the roman mold and the same edgespots as the movie chips. IIRC, we proposed doing what you did to the inlay and were given a "no go" so it seems calling and talking to Cathy would not work.
I know we are all adults. I know this is supposed to be for "recreation." That's why we wanted to get replicas made, dude. Can you at least see why I'm so fired up about this? No? That's a shame....
