You played the hand 100% correctly. On third street, that hand is an easy fold because a 7 is dead... unless, of course, you're the bring-in. Once you got a 7 on fourth street, you're going to the river as long as you can do it cheaply. You never had to pay more than one full bet, so you're just going to keep calling and hope to hit.
