If you're getting 12:1, then I guess you have to call. If it was < 6:1 (having to put in 190 more), then I'd save my chips. Way too likely that you're up against at least one A, and quite likely a better Q and/or a better J, and you're just throwing your chips away. Fold now / push later (when you have a K or A or pair, or first-in vigorish).
