He had said that the place opens for a short time every year and that he gets them when they are open. Also records were found after the guide books were published that prove they werent Vegas. When Tom had let everyone know, he had emailed a bunch of sellers to tell them that they were not Vegas. Most cancelled the auctions but some refused. Alot of chippers have gotten burned on these. Even if they were Vegas ( and they arent) most sellers show them as rare and even list Chip Guide numbers such as R-10 and R-8 depending on the denom. I have seen tons of these on ebay that would make the Chip Guide rarity number drop significantly. Hope this helps.-Von
