Funny, I was briefly watching the PPT on the Travel Channel yesterday and caught them pan away from the showcase table to show LeVar Burton (Geordi La Forge on STTNG) get busted out early. He was apparently in as a sponsor's exemption.

FWIW, the Wikipedia entry on Geordi includes this little tidbit:

He enjoyed the senior officer's weekly poker game, and though his artificial "eyes" allowed him to detect bluffing and sometimes see his opponents' cards in the ultraviolet spectrum, he never "peeked" until a hand was over.
