You can go to the Full Tilt site and read about Chris Ferguson's method for doing nearly the same thing, only on a larger scale, turning $0.00 into $10K. He's working on it, and the main thing I remember from his article was that he refused to put more than 5% of his bankroll on the table at any given time.

I wouldn't include any Omaha in the mix, though, the swings are so big in that game, especially at the lower limits where the play is so unpredictable. I'd stick to micro-stake NLHE, if it were me. And SNGs. I'd probably go for as many 6-max SNGs as possible once I had enough roll to sustain 20 buy-ins.
