The casino probably will remain Hooters. The current management is losing money, but the casino is usually busy and could be profitable with new management. Without the Hooters theme, it would be just another old building with slots and tables. If the casino sells, the new owners could recall the chips and after a few months the old chips could not be cashed at the casino and would be obsolete.
