Chip leader has 59% of chips in play (85k/50k) so a chop of the $80 based on chips would be $47 to $33. If I'm chipleader, I'm laughing at any offer that only gets me $14 more (4%) than 2nd place...PLAY ON I SAY!!

If it was late and the other player was tired or just ready to stop playing, I would counter offer $20 more than the 2nd place prize.
