Dealer's survive on their tips or tokes.

Tip a $1 or $2 for each hand you take in thats not just blinds. I generally tip a buck on every pot big or small.

Oh the dealers do not make a very good hourly wage. If they are like waitstaff it is only about $2.50 an hour.
