| Re: River Bet? He's aggressive preflop, what about post? If he's aggressive post, I'dve bet a little more on the flop, say half the pot, then checked the turn. It'll look like I'm a) afraid of the middle pair pairing on the turn, or b) like I'm giving up with missed medium pair/AQ-type hand. He might bluff the river. I can't tell you how many times I see an opponent pot/raise the river after a turn check through.
After checking the turn, I'd make a small bet on the river.
