I agree that you could definitely justify the T500 chip by having antes starting around level 4. As for the starting stacks, 95 chips per player is HUGE! That's nearly 1000 chips on the table for 10 players! I hope you have a very sturdy table with a lot of real estate for all those chips (maybe best to go with some 8g BCCs
)! And it'll take forever to colour-up all those T500s and T1000s when you get past level 5 or 6! I prefer somewhere in the 30-50 starting chips per player (on the higher side of that range if there are antes), but that's just me.
Also, your blinds progress reasonably slowly through level 6, then go ballistic after that, right when they start to matter. You might want to smooth that out a bit.
