I haven't found anywhere that sells Faux Clays in the UK unfortunately. There's not much around in your budget. I have a sample WPT chip and wasn't too impressed with it, the moldling was reasonable but I found the centre inlay didn't last long before coming off. Can't see them stacking too well either.
You have to look at how often you play, I run a game each month so I bought some Bud Jones chips.
Other things to note are the breakdown of chips you get, you might find that the $1 chips are useless to you and you need higher denom chips. Example 10 player T1,000 tourney, I use 20*$5 20*$25 and 4*$100, so I would need 200 reds 200 greens and 40 blacks (actually about 100 blacks as you colour up). You can of course do less, also note a lot of people prefer a 25/100/500/1000 set up instead of ones with reds 5/25/100/500. Work it out on a spreadsheet.
If you are here you might find yourself creeping up on your spend, or just wanting a better set after not so long. Have a think - if you do decide to go more expensive then
www.marlowcasinochips.co.uk stock Paulsons.
For budget chips
www.drinkstuff.com offer good deals.
I do also recommend getting some plastic cards,
www.marlowcasinochips.co.uk offer a fantastic deal on slightly used KEMS - 2 decks for £6 and well, well worth it.
