Circus poker

Seems every time I have the relatives over to play some poker it turns into a circus!
How would you settle the following senario?
Clown A- five minutes into the game (tournament with no rebuys) goes all in on a set of nines after the river card is down.
Clown B-(his turn to act) is mulling over his cards, he sits a long time and does nothing meanwhile,
Clown C- doesn't wait his turn, calls the all-in bet and promptly turns his cards.
I yell wait and cover his hole cards with my hand while waiting for Clown B to make a decision.
Possibly having seen the cards Clown B folds his hand. I uncover Clown C's hole cards -he also has a set of nines but with a higher kicker than Clown A.
Clown A starts to rant and rave saying the hand should be Burnt and the pot should be divide up because Clown B was discouraged from playing further as he saw Clown C's cards.
Should Clown C be awarded the pot even though he exposed his hand or should his hand be ruled dead and in which case should the pot be awarded to Clown A as Clown B had susequently folded his hand? Finally would you continue to play poker with these sideshow people or just take up juggling?!?!?
