Hog we just finished doing some tests on an amazing vinyl- it's 4mil- prints well and from what we see eliminates the lamination AND is easier to apply then the 2 mil.I agree- 2 mil is nearly impossible to put on easily-
It is ONLY available in 24 inch rolls and we have to order a lot fo rthis manufacturer to make it for us- if you want I can send you a sample of it to try.
While we have no intent to change from our current polycarbonate lamination I think this may be a good alternative for those who cant have the added thickness in both vinyl and lamination
