I guess you don't have much experience with ASM. They are a very reputeable company and have some of the best custom options in the home chip market. They are consistently busy and as these are a hand-made product they can't get made in a rush. 2 months is short by most standards. Really.

As for bad customer service - they've never been into hotstamping Day Glo colors. By nature, Day Glo chips are a weaker consistency and don't hold up to the pressure put on them by the HS process. I'd say that getting them done at all is a testament to their customer service.

I'm chocked reading what you say about Pokerchips, I found it extremly abnormal that that got huge delays and such bad customer relationship.
