I have been following and tracking (in excel) all Vineyard transactions both on CT and on e-bay for about 6 months now and I have no idea of what you are talking about.
Maybe you are referring to the fact that $1's & $5's often sell for around $2 and you see other denominations going for $8 like the $100's. Check out the $10, $25's they are considerably more. This is not at all unusual. There are many more of some denominations than others and it is just a supply and demand thing.
If you are referring to something other than this, I sure would like to know about it.
