Yes, it is possible, and it shouldn't be difficult.
w/o putting much thought into the breakdown, here's a quick thought.

75 - $5 - $325 bank
175 - $1 - $175 bank
150 - 0.25 - $37
100 - NCV (nickels or dimes) depending on your blinds. - nickels for a 5/10 game, dimes for a 10/20 game.

Probably not enough NCV chips, I think it's important to figure out the 'maximum' cash bank that you will need and then work from there. For a 25NL game, I can easily see 500 or so on the table eventually.
