Wow, you beat me to it. I was just on my way to posting about this. I love the new rule about penelties being rounds. I was playing in AC a couple of weeks ago and this guy was drunk as in irish man on st pattys day, cursing up a storm. so he got a 10 min penalty. His friend at the table took his sweet time making any moves. so I love this rule change. plus im a very competitave person so im a huge stickler for rules and them not being broken, so I eat this stuff up!!
