It's now very easy to report an item. Just go to the very bottom of the listing and you will see a string of ebay links, one of which is report this item.
Then go to listing violations, keyword spamming, etc., click send, then it will go to a page that has FAQ's. Right there near the top in small text is "email us" and it will take you to the actual part where you can just hit send to report the item.
