Wow. I don't see how that would last long. I'm used to $0.25/0.50 cash games with $20-$40 buy-in and it's common to see raises of several dollars. 20 big-bets is short-stacked to start! Any $.5/1 NL cash games I've played in have buy-ins in the range $50-$200 (typically $100).
For the poll, asking "stakes" for NLHE made me think. Total buy-in is pretty important there. For limit games, just stating the small and big bets is maybe sufficient, but for NL, a $0.25/.50 game can have the same typical bets as a $1/2 game, depending on the aggressiveness of players. I think the min/max (or typical) buy-in can tell you as much, if not more about the "stakes".
