I have found that you can get the highest quality, most unique chips at the best price by shopping the Market Place forum, M2M sales. Most of the chips folks sell are in good condition, and they are all beautiful, quality chips--you just have to find something that suits your taste. The members of the forum are honest and the nicest strangers you'll ever meet--so they're easy to work with. Before you buy, just spend a few weeks checking out what's for sale there. If nothing else, it will give you a good idea what to spend on chips when you buy.
