Treat your chips as though they are worthless, and lose the regard for money associated with them.

They are still / only betting units. They have no monetary value.
(until of course you go to the cage)

In your tourney game, you slide out 3 greens and it's just that. 3 greens. or "75" units.

Initially in a cash game, adopt that same thought process. You are putting 3 greens in the pot. Not "$75"
