Re: New Injection-Molded Chips ???

The chips would weigh ~11 grams and have metal inserts but we're talking very high quality - similar if not higher quality than Bud Jones chips. I received the first samples a few weeks ago, and inlays with equal or higher quality than Bud Jones' can be produced and the molding is excellent - visually more precise than Bud Jones'.

I would need to sell 10.000 chips or so (initially) to make this happen. The price would likely be between $0.35 and $0.50 per chip including International shipping. More on this later. We can have atleast 10 color combinations for this first mold design. More mold designs will be added in the future.

Here's, roughly, how the chips would look --->

Matt why not have these made in clay instead of plastic? Or- to be more precise- a calcium carbonate based clay chip-- I think they would sell better then being abs.

We have a solid clay 6 stripe weve been selling for years with great success- and the cost difference between the clay we make and the abs we still make is small- like .025 c difference-

I think IF you make these in clay it would be a better chip
