If memory serves me, I think that chipsoft had something to do with RFID or some sort of added level of security on chips. I think these were samples to show to prospective customers... Hope this helps.

I guess Im use to seeing the other ones, the samples they give to casinos. Or do they show these to casinos as well, or just the home market venders..

I'd guess these are just for casinos since home vendors would have no need for the RFID chip in them.

yeah, that's the place this mold really belongs. On salesman samples. That's probably why they put it on the home chips, didn't want to bother making up a new mold to do home chips with.
