I forgot one more, the H&C LCV (Long Cane Version). You might have some of these and not know it.
LCV on the left, H&C on the right. I "enhanced" the contrast to show off the mold, the original image is on the right.

I have an extra of #3 (Paulson Plain mold), PM me your address and I'll send you one
#5 refers to the 48mm chip mold, the PNY is a 43mm and indeed uses the IHC. Unfortunately, I don't have an extra one of these (however there is one available on
eBay at the moment.).
