I have to agree... it's the H-Mold as produced by H.C. Edwards... and now available through ASM. No attribution to Paulson that I've ever seen.

RHC (Reverse Hat & Cane) - Is this what you're calling H&C Short cane?
Paulson Chips - This must be what you've got down as "Paulson Home"
Plain - Paulson's Plain mold (see below)
Paulson's new home mold, with the suits (don't know what the name is for this one)
Paulson's mold they use on the 48mm chips (don't know what to call this one either).
