The sample set chips were in a flat rate priority box...about 700 chips.
There are lots of things that I'd like to hear an explanation from the post office on...like how an express mail package from California to Kansas could end up in Puerto Rico, or a priority mail package from California to Arizona that traveled to New York on the way!

I use computer generated labels, so it can't be my lousy handwriting!
