Cash Game Blinds

Looking at starting a cash game and was wondering what you guys typically give for chip denoms and set the blinds at. Will be a cash nl with a min of $500 buy in. What would you guys set the max buy in at and how would you regulate players who bought back in, as far as amount?

Also have had desire from several people to start a weekly $100 min buy in NL game as well. Same questions??
