I was thinking about a T10,000 with 15 minute blinds, but I thought it might last to long. Anybody with a good starting stack for what I am after. Thanks
Are rebuys out of the question?

My guess is that 12 people with T-10,000 each (200 BB to start) is a lot to play through in three hours, but could happen with a really aggressive blind structure.

We do a T-5,000, either with starting stacks of 8 x 25, 8 x 100, 8 x 500 (ie 8/8/8 ); 8/13/7; or 12/12/7, depending on how many people are playing. But we have a pretty long rebuy period (5 levels) so our endgame will be different than a freezeout, and we experience considerable variance in the amount of time it takes to finish from week to week - usually anywhere from 3.5 to 5 hours.

I would think that a structure like this would finish the game in about three hours:

20-minute levels

25/50
50/100
100/200

200/400
300/600
400/800

15-minute levels

500/1000
1000/2000
1500/3000
2000/4000

There are also a lot of great structures already posted in this section of the forums. It would definately be worthwhile to do a search for structures geared toward a set of circumstances similar to yours, if you have not already.

Good luck, and keep us posted!
