A Casino Experience

Hi guys
A couple of weeks ago I went to a little tournament with a 60$ buy-in. About 60 players participated and finally I won the tournament and 1300$ plus a freeseat on a 350$ buy in tourney.

Ok to the important part: At this 350$ tournament the following happend:
7 players were at the table (about 13 players were totally left in the tourn.)
My chipcount was about: 6000$ at the table I was in the middle of the chip ranks (not sure)
Blinds were: 400 / 800
I got QQ: now what happend:
Position 1: All in with 1400
Position 2: Fold
Position 3: Fold
Position 4 (I): Call: 1400
Position 5 (Dealer): Fold
Position 6 (Small Blind): Fold
Position 7 (Big Blind): Call 1400
The pot was right now: 4600
The flop comes: K, J, 4 (rainbow suits)
Big Blind bets: $1600 (He had about 3000$ left)
I start to think, I watch the player and I am damn sure: No he has no King! I think about 2minutes and went all-in with my $4600! He calls with his $3000! He shows a Jack and a 8 offsuit! I am happy and show my Queen Queen! I think: "Yes you are a genious"
Turn comes: 5 (still happy)
River comes: a Jack (no longer happy)
The guy from Position 1 had an ace and something else he didnt hit anything... Big blind got triple jacks....
I lost most of my chips and was ruined... I left then the tournament as 11th ranked (top 6 were in the money) ...
Did I play wrong? Should I have raised before the flop? Should I have folded after big blind bet?
Please tell me your opinion...
Regards Pacome
