Two Players with Same Chip Count Bust Out in the Money

Here's the situation and I would appreciate it if someone would give me a ruling on this. I think I know what the proper thing to do is but I'm interested in your opinion about it.

Four players left in the tournament. Three players in a hand. Two are all in. The two that are all in have the exact same amount of chips. The two all-in players lose the hand. They both bust out in third place and are in the money.

So, how do I pay them out? Do they split the third place money?
