Hey all-
Just had a "lucky" streak on Hollywoodpoker and decided to donate my winnings to Gene at ABC Gifts and Awards to add on to my set of CPT Bud Jones style chips. Not all 100 are going in my set as some are going to family members as Baby announcements/family pictures.
These can pull double duty in my cash and tournament set which is nice. The colors on the edge were designed to work with my RPT Nexgens in my tourney set.
Gene is very particular about what he sends out and had to actually trash a batch of 100 chips because the text didn't come out sharp enough for him (now that's some QC - maybe Blue Chip should hire him
).
Everyone who plays in my CPT events knows my son as he always brings his piggy bank down to try and play people in poker. Pretty funny. He usually beats me heads up. Maybe that's why he wants to play other players. He thinks they have as weak a game as his old man! He loves his baby sister though. That's what counts. We'll see if that holds over the next few years.
Keep up the great work Gene. If you guys have any q's about Gene's custom chips, I'd be happy to answer them and persuade you to go the way of ABC!
