ASM Web Update Tool
I know many of you may think that I'm crazy, but with all the IT people associated with this site, I got to wondering... What if we pooled our resources and offered to build a (simplistic) tool to integrate into the pokerchips.com website that would allow people to track the progress of their custom chip orders and view milestone dates and estimated completion dates.
Obviously, I have not discussed this with them, I wanted to get a feel from the many skilled professionals here as to what they thought.
By simplistic, I mean that out of the gate the system would not be integrated with any of the ASM production systems/databases but would require manual entry (or maybe a nightly/weekly batch update)?
So what do you think? Any of you fellow IT guru's want to present an offer to ASM? Maybe we could do it via a barter arrangement (snicker, snicker, snicker)
Am I opening a can full of worms?
